1. The Service

TRX Energy Bot rents TRON blockchain energy through 18 Telegram bots and the website trxenergybot.com. When you use our bots, you send a TRC-20 wallet address and pay for energy delegation. The rented energy is delivered directly to that address on the TRON network.

2. Who Can Use It

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the bots or the website, you confirm that you comply with the laws of your country regarding cryptocurrency services.

3. Payments

Payments are accepted in Telegram Stars (processed by Telegram) and USDT TRC-20 (sent directly on the TRON blockchain). All prices are shown before payment and update in real time with the TRX/USD exchange rate.

4. No Refunds

Energy delegation to a TRON wallet address is a one-time, irreversible blockchain action. Once energy is delegated to your address, we cannot reverse it. We do not offer refunds for completed energy delegations.

If you entered the wrong wallet address, we cannot recover the delegated energy. Double-check your address before confirming payment.

If a payment was processed but energy was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours with your transaction details.

5. Service Availability

TRON energy delegation depends on the TRON blockchain and Telegram infrastructure. We are not responsible for temporary unavailability of the TRON network, Telegram service outages, or delays beyond our control.

We aim for delivery under 30 seconds, but this is not a guarantee. If delivery takes longer than 5 minutes, contact [email protected].

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service to circumvent blockchain monitoring or sanctions compliance systems, facilitate transactions prohibited by applicable sanctions regimes, or automate requests in a way that overloads our systems. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of TRX Energy Bot for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
